Tank Party

A beer-y birthday: Camden Town Brewery’s Tank Party turns 10!

Get set for the party of the decade on 3rd and 4th September at Wilkin Street Mews

Fresh from taking their legendary Tank Party on tour to five cities across the UK, Camden Town Brewery is finally heading back to Wilkin Street, the Home of Hells Lager – for a grand finale.

Taking place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September, this year is extra special as the Brewery celebrates Tank Party’s 10th birthday. Yep, it’s suddenly gone all grown up.

They’ll be opening up the tanks to beer lovers, and throwing a birthday bash complete with the tastiest food, fun-filled entertainment and activities and of course, all the fresh beer you could ever dream of.

By now, Camden fans will know there’s no better place to get your fix of unfiltered Hells and Unfiltered Pale Ale than Tank Party, but this year, in celebration of its decade, Camden Town Brewery has announced the return of one of its best-selling throwback beers, Strawberry Hells Forever, after a two-year hiatus.

Strawberry Hells Forever is brewed using Perle, Mosaic and Huell Melon hops, along with British strawberries, giving the classic Hells a crisp, tart and refreshing taste.

One of the most requested beers by Camden lovers everywhere, a special birthday batch will toast Tank Party turning 10. The only place in the world Camden fans will be able to get their fix of Strawberry Hells, there’ll be approximately 1,000 pints available, poured directly from the tank for the first time ever.

And a Camden party isn’t complete without the freshest party food to go with it, so the Brewery has teamed up with some of their favourite sarnie vendors across London for the ultimate birthday bites.

As well as its brand-new sandwich menu being served up straight from Camden Beer Hall, there’ll be freshly made subs and sweet treats from some of London’s most popular names so you won’t be leaving hungry.

In celebration of the big birthday, there’ll also be a host of themed workshops to keep busy in between beer tastings, as well as a DJ line up and brass band. The best news? The whole family is invited, with activities to keep the kids occupied, including screen printing and free entertainment from theatre company Tootles &  Nibs.

This year’s Tank Party will surely be one to remember. Here’s to the next decade!
