Where to find the summer special issue – and what’s in it

We unveil a new cinema space in NW5. And count down ideas for the summer holidays

In our new issue, out today, we unveil a brand spanking new 100+ seater cinema that has been in construction. As you can see in our photos, it is now open in all its fully air-conditioned glory – and doesn’t it look great?

Before you dash to look for what’s on, it’s not a commercially operating cinema, however the friendly operators wish to extend an offer to attend some special screenings for Kentishtowner readers.

Found two floors below ground level, NW5’s brand new screen is part of The Stay Club, the latest student co-living block. In the new issue, we find out more about this significant new local arrival, bringing over 300 young people to live in the heart of the neighbourhood.

We also uncover plenty more secret spots, from live gigs in a Kentish Town living room to a new secret beer garden in Belsize Park.
