Cute doggie alert! Hounds on the Heath is this weekend

Mayhew Animal Home are back this Sunday with their now annual doggy day out Hounds on the Heath, a fairly irresistible gathering for all London’s pooch-lovers.

Check out their video (above) for the kind of waggy-tailed exploits you can expect all day long on the fields beside Parliament Hill Lido café, as part of the wider Give it a Go festival.

There will be a VIP-judged dog show, an agility course and plenty of canine-related stalls, plus info on the great work Mayhew perform for dogs (and, shhhh! cats too) throughout the year.

Humans can have almost as much fun too, learning Tai Chi, competing in a space hopper race or simply tucking in to a whole load of veggie and vegan streetfood on offer at the all-day event too.
