The new Camden Inspire Awards invites locals to celebrate the best of the area

There’s plenty to shout about if you live, work or play in Camden, but that doesn’t mean we always recognise it, let alone dish out some nice gongs to some of these tirelessly hardworking people.

Local business partnership Camden Town Unlimited have a remit to promote the creativity and commerce that makes Camden Town tick.

They’ve formerly been behind the King of Camden Awards, and for 2017 their showpiece event has transformed into what’s now known as Camden Inspire.

The idea remains simple: a vote that gives you all an opportunity to show your favourite local businesses some love, in return for their ongoing positive impact in the area in 2017.

It’s a quick, online-only process, with four distinct categories: eating experience, music venue, vibrant retail and market trader.

Vote now (link below) and the results will be announced at a glittering gala event in early December, which also marks the opening of CTU’s latest Collective work hub, soon to be operating from disused TfL buildings just behind Camden Town tube station.

Vote for your fave Camden businesses for the win now at camdeninspire.com. Use the hashtag #CamdenInspire to give public support, and keep an eye on @CamdenTownUnltd on Twitter and @CamdenTown_Unlimited on Insta too.
