Check out the awesome new logo for Kentish Town Pale Ale

It's inspired by the tiles deep underground in the tube station

Earlier this year, local musician Will Hunt, the geezer behind the newish Kentish Town Pale Ale (a not-too-crazy 4.2% ABV), put a call-out to local artists to redesign the pump clip.

Made by Froth Blowers Brewing Co (Birmingham’s largest real ale brewery) it’s previously only been available for the last 12 months at a small number of pubs across the area.

And now the winners of the comp have been chosen. Step forward Toby Montague and Nick Terry, who have designed this ace logo riffing on the you-know-where that most locals pass through daily. “They chose to use the tile effect of the tube station, synonymous to Kentish Town,” says Will. And isn’t it awesome?

Best of all, you can try the beer itself at now at lots more local pubs like the Rose And Crown, Pineapple, Tapping The Admiral, Brave Sir Robin and the Southampton Arms.
