The massive Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park series of events kick off next week, bringing a proper A-list of headline acts to the huge main stage, plus loads of free activities and tasty streetfood to seek out during the daytimes too.

Stevie Wonder, Take That and Florence & the Machine are among the heavy-hitters feature across ten days of serious crowd-pullers, and we’ve got two sets of tickets to give away to readers for the opening night, Friday July 1st, when the mighty Massive Attack return to London after their sold out European tour.

They will bring what’s billed as a ‘provocative’ new audio-visual show to the park, performing with Young Fathers and alongside a whole host of guests including Patti Smith and her Band, TV on the Radio, Warpaint and Ghostpoet too.

To be entered into the draw for tickets, simply leave a comment at the bottom of this post, saying “yes please!” or some similarly enthusiastic statement if you prefer, and we will pick and notify two winners of a pair of tickets each on Monday 27th June. Sign in is via Google, Twitter or Facebook, so we’ll be able to contact you directly.

As well as the big evening concerts, from Monday 4th to Thursday 7th July, the gates of the site will be open for everyone to enjoy something called (deep breath) Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park Open House.

This means free outdoor movies and Wimbledon games on a giant screen, a Royal Parks Horticultural Show, live entertainment from the likes of London Gay Men’s Chorus.

And the streetfood sounds fairly fantastic too, with a line-up of tip-top vendors, hand-picked by Sourced Market, including Tongue ‘n Cheek, Holy Cow, Smokestak, Spit and Roast, Bad Brownie, Waffle On and Makatcha.

Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park, 1st – 10th July. Concert tickets from £59.50. Tickets and full event info here
