Cult DJ Patrick Forge on the decks - and artist Sander Dekker in the notorious gallery-cum-salon. Oh and the usual inventive cocktails to boot

It’s the second Thursday of the month, which means hair-salon-by-day Flaxon Ptootch transforms into gallery-cum-underground-nightclub guise for another art show launch.

October’s visual elements come from Amsterdam-based photographer Sander Dekker, who snaps edgy, often rather sexual pics of pouting, very forward young girls and boys.

Live hip hop will be spat by Lady Vengeance, and Kentish Town’s very own DJ Patrick Forge is on from around 9pm, no doubt showcasing some of his particularly fabulous Brazilian fusion beats.

Michael says there are some Stoli-and-yoghurt concoctions on at the bar as well. Interesting.

    1. Instead of adding a comment at this stage, it would have been more profitable all round to have emailed us some PR info up front. We had no details to go on other than your name, so have tried to support the launch as best we could. All the best!
