Camp attack! The quite fabulously-named Skate King’s Cross launches tomorrow. Yup, for the next eight weeks, there’ll be a roller disco party under the West Handyside Canopy, off Granary Square.

Expect “family entertainment” in the day and an undoubtedly more hedonistic party atmosphere in the evenings with guest DJs. The artfully-monikered Disco Bistro will also welcome guest chefs for special culinary treats. And watch you don’t load up on too many savoury cocktails first at the newly open Grain Store.

The rink is open Tuesdays to Sundays from July 12 for eight weeks. Tickets are around £14 although the website is quite tricky to navigate if you just want to find prices.
