So we’ve been hidden away in a dark room for the last couple of weeks putting together our June print edition. And it’s issue four already, would you believe?

And, we hope, it’s our best yet. Check out the brilliant cover artwork by Merlin Evans, winner of our competition to create a piece inspired by Alma Street Fair. Inside we bag an exclusive interview with historian Gillian Tindall, Kentish Town’s “first lady”, as well as chatting to the cool kids behind the bar at The Grafton.

LOCAL ADVERTISING

Elsewhere? We investigate bee-keeping on Malden Road, dish up a Top 5 local ice cream special, take weekend jaunts to South End Green and Egg nightclub, while Tim Sowula encourages us all to support “suspended coffees”. And not only is the paper free, but there are all sorts of reader offers, from cocktails to coasters and bottles of wine.

The issue will be available from 1pm in The Fields Beneath, Camden Town Brewery and The Grafton. By 6pm it’ll be in all the usual pubs, cafes and shops. As usual we’ll publish a full list tomorrow. And be quick – as we only print a limited number.

Next page: Where’s Archway Market then?
