Original hip hop pioneers De La Soul play an exclusive London show at the Forum on Wednesday 8th May. The New York trio are famed for their left-of-centre beats and positive lyrics since 1987’s 3 Feet High and Rising, and Kentishtowners can expect some of their back catalogue classics such as Me, Myself and I as well as their first single in almost a decade; and probably some of their new album, You’re Welcome, expected towards the end of the year.

Other hot gigs and events to look out for at K-Town’s sole surviving major music venue? An Ed Banger 10th Birthday bash (May 3), Roni Size and LTJ Bukem (May 4), Cold War Kids (May 9), Mudhoney (June 18), The Breeders (June 19) and Happy Mondays (June 29).

Wanna book? Visit the newly swanky Forum website for ticket prices and info.
