8. Yes, It’s St Patrick’s Day…
Double St. Patrick’s Fun for All. Two “musts” to round off this week: firstly, Shebeen celebrates its first birthday on Saturday, so get down to celebrate with a poitin or two and ring in St. Patrick’s as soon as midnight strikes (it’s open till 2am).
Meanwhile, on Sunday, lovely backstreet boozer The Pineapple are presenting the foot stompin’ Irish folk band ‘The Wild Bunch’ from 6-8pm to help you truly get in the spirit of the Emerald Isle. Just no riverdancing. And probably no poitin, either. Just as well, really since it’s school the next day.
