They do seem out of their depth. Very friendly, but not enough to make up for watery, bland drinks. Also, extremely slow service. If they’re going to use store bought syrup to give it flavour, the least they could do is decant it into a nice bottle. Very low on fruit and yogurt and high on syrup and water. It was a while back we tried it, and perhaps they’ve smartened up their act. Unfortunately, we probably won’t try it again.
