33 artists in one (free) space
This month Free Space Gallery hosts I Knew Who I Was, the work of nearly three dozen artists currently studying for their Masters in Fine Art at Wimbledon College of Arts. The exhibition, whose title comes from from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, ranges from painting and photography to sculpture and installation. Free. Open daily until 18th March at 2 Bartholomew Road NW5
Urbangrains & Avec Amour pop-up
A new month-long pop-up store has just opened in west Kentish Town. Urbangrains uses organic and seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on Greek produce like olive oil, pine honey, beetroot chutney and feta cheese; while their pals Avec Amour create gift baskets and hampers. So surely the pair should surely be an essential stop with Easter coming up. Open daily 9am-6pm until 31st March. 6 Malden Road NW5
Klay ceramics
And just up the road a bit, a dozen artists, including ten students who graduated from a two-year diploma at London’s City Lit College last summer, have just set up this stylish pop-up gallery too. Expect everything from tableware thrown on a potter’s wheel to hand-built sculpture. Open every Thurs-Sun, 11am-6pm, throughout March (and, they tell us, maybe longer if it’s successful). 18 Malden Road NW5
