We’re thrilled to have published the very first issue of our eighth title this week.
Our fourth in print, Eustontowner is a quarterly magazine that celebrates a part of the capital that everyone, at some point, travels through. But not so many know it as an exciting neighbourhood to explore in its own right.
Sandwiched between crazy old Camden and smartened-up King’s Cross, Euston remains – at least in most minds – little more than a vast interchange: the busiest (and first) intercity passenger route in Britain, and main gateway to the West Midlands, the North, and Scotland.
But like many London neighbourhoods, it’s a fascinating place with a diverse community and impressive mix of architecture, restaurants, pubs and cultural happenings.
Inside the first issue we show you around, from sampling the best Indian dishes on Drummond Street to the slew of independent shops, theatres and characterful boozers dotted around the backstreets.
We also meet a handful of local creatives, including some inspiring young start-ups in Camden Collective’s building – formerly the imposing Temperance hospital.
Eustontowner joins the London Belongs To Me family of titles: Gasholder, Belowtheriver, Leytonstoner, Seventhsister, Weekendr, Interchanger and our flagship Kentishtowner.
