Spoken word trailblazer Scroobius Pip brings his block rockin’ club night We.Are.Lizards to The Stillery on Sat 24th Jan. He’ll be dropping hip hop cuts to whip up an atmosphere of what he describes as “ringing ears and spilt beers”, while unleashing the music “as loud as your body can comfortably receive it.” Alongside Scroob you’ll find resident former DMC champ DJ Destruction and English Disco Lovers, with Bones and Faer among the live shizzle on the night. 18 Kentish Town Road NW1

  1. Another thing to do – especially for readers with energetic children : brave the cold and join our monthly playing out session on Ryland Road this Sunday from 2 to 5pm. The street will be closed to traffic for children to play out, and neighbours to meet up. Wrap yourselves up, bring your own (food, warm drinks, toys…) and join the fun!

    1. Hi Fran, our advice is to read us daily as every day we publish articles about things going on in the area, especially in our “Pinboard” section. You can also keep up with what readers are posting on Your.Kentishtowner.co.uk
