April’s print edition hits the streets today. Remember it’s all brand new content, so even if you read us everyday online, pick up a copy this weekend for exclusive reviews, interviews, offers and our tips on things to do this month.

This month you’ll find an exclusive on K-Town’s blossoming indie bar culture (and the problem of nimbyism), a peak into the Pizza Express building-turned-performace space/squat, a brand new cartoon strip, a “travel guide” to Belsize Park, interview with locally-raised celeb Dappy – plus all the regular hints and tips on getting the most out of north London life.

So snap it up quick from one of the below places. In addition to the usual fifty or so stockists below, the issue will be available free at these Camden Town outlets: Collective 159, Market, Coffee Jar, The Little One, Cote, Roundhouse, Tower 47, Neals Yard, Honest Burger, Ruby Dock, Proud, Shakazulu, Spiritual Bar, Patagonia, Leyas, Blues Kitchen, Beatrice, Black Heart, Black Cap, DRAF, Collective 159, Collective Hub, Casa Tua and Cob Gallery.

In Belsize Park you can find it at the Black Truffle, The Hill, Steele’s, Oliver’s Fish ‘n’ Chips, WAC Arts centre, Everyman Cinema, Euphorium and The George.

  1. Lunch I usually eat at home, but I’ve had decent Sunday lunches in the Lion and Unicorn, The Grafto and Colonel Fawcett.

I imagine that your cover story will go down a bomb with the Kentish Town Neigbourhood Forum, but it’s good to see someone fighting back against the Nimbys who want to stagnate growth in the area unless it’s involved in one of their own unrealistic schemes. They have now published their proposals online (http://ktnf.org/explore-online-version-neighbourhood-plan/) and I look forward to reading an analysis of their proposals in kentishtowner.
