Map Studios Cafe

Map Studio Cafe: closed for nearly 18 months
Map Studio Cafe

Oh my. Map Cafe is an absolute gem situated on a leafy corner on the area’s creative thoroughfare, Grafton Road, in West Kentish Town. Swing by for lunch (if it’s warm on the terrace) – perhaps a quiche or a home-made chicken stew (around £4), or, if it’s tea-time, a moist carrot cake and cappuccino, to the sounds of jazz or ol’-fashioned crooners. Upstairs, in the tiny live venue (with its own terrace) there is live Jazz every Wed evenings and Sunday afternoon.

  1. homecooked? In a microwave , the a la ding menu. The last time i ate there will be just that. When i go for a sunday roast i do not expect it to come out of a microwave. Quite frankly, pathetic.
